EPISODE 1: MONTAUK WITH JIM JARMUSCH
Director Jim Jarmusch (Dead Man, Stranger than Paradise) and Lurie hunt the most dangerous creature in the sea -- the shark. Jarmusch ponders the existential question "Why am I here?" Lurie, however, approches the situation with insane zeal. Jacques Cousteau on LSD.

EPISODE 2: JAMAICA WITH TOM WAITS
After destroying their car, Lurie and singer/actor Tom Waits partake in an invigorating canoe trip acrossthe island. Waits gets seasick but heroically agrees to fish again, for red snapper,which he puts in his pants.

EPISODE 3: COSTA RICA WITH MATT DILLON
Lurie and veteran actor Dillon (Drugstore Cowboy) board an unregistered prop planeand fly deep into the jungle to fish the alligator-infested waters of the Rio Colorado. Following the advice of a native mystic, the two perform a ritual dance to attract fish.

EPISODE 4: MAINE WITH WILLEM DAFOE
Lurie and Dafoe (Platoon) brave subzero temperatures to go ice-fishing for brown trout.They pull a few under-limit specimens from the frozen lake, which they dutifully release. Butany luck ends there. The days pass: their meager ration of cheese crackers runs out, and the two become delirious with hunger and cold. These arereal men doing real things.
EPISODE 5: THAILAND WITH DENNIS HOPPER, part 1
Lurie goes deep into the Thai delta with Dennis Hopper, who has electrified movies from Easy Riderto Blue Velvet. The two tourists have come to chase the series' biggest prey yet:the elusive, bloodthirsty giant squid.
EPISODE 6: THAILAND WITH DENNIS HOPPER, part 2
The repartee between the two is undeniably effervescent: "Anybody ever tell you that you looklike a murder?" Lurie asks. "Yeah, my wife," Hopper replies.
