Orders for delivery in the continental United States will be shipped by Ken Cranes, priority 2nd day mail , at a flat rate of $1.50 per shipment. For a complete explanation of Ken Cranes' shipping policy, click here. You will be charged $1.50 per shipment regardless of the number of titles in the shipment. All orders with a California shipping addres will be charged 7.75% sales tax.
