Based on Joseph Conrad's novel, this 1936 Hitchcock thriller tells of
a London movie theater owner (Oscar Homolka) who is also a dangerous
foreign agent. In what is perhaps the most shocking and
tension-filled scene in any Hitchcock movie, the agent's young
brother-in-law, a ten-year-old boy, travels across London to deliver a
bomb disguised as a parcel. When the agent's wife (Sylvia Sydney)
discovers the truth about her husband, she plots her revenge.
